Hugh Hamilton The Floozie Sangiovese Rose

| /
McLaren Vale, South Australia
A very delicate aromatic lift of cherries, raspberry, and rose petal. These delicious aromas are joined by pink lady apples and strawberries. Finely balanced acid leads the dry palate to a beautifully crisp finish.

When our forebears first produced wines in 1837 they sometimes produced rosé by default, because winemaking technology and understanding was simple. Sometimes nature delivered a big red; at other times a light red – almost a rosé. They took what nature offered them and made the best they could!
